About This Blog

For as long as I can remember, I would rush to see the motorcycle that I heard coming down the street. I envied the cool people on two wheels with the wind blowing their hair. I always imagined myself as one of those people, but was never sure if it would ever happen, and it has. Whether I'm a passenger on the back or improving my own riding skills, I love being on the bike.

As a nature lover, I feel this is the best way to travel and be in touch with nature. The silent hum of wind, the smell of the fresh air and the blooming flowers, and peacefulness on the bike inspire my creativity, of which I put into words. I invite women, of the like, to read my experiences and share yours with me. Through this blog I hope to establish a sisterhood and a story exchange network. Following is an excerpt from my first two wheeled, inspired creation, and a sample of what to expect on this site:

It was a brisk, foggy Tuesday morning. 6 friends set out on a journey
of 900 miles each on 2 wheels. Layered and bundled, through water covered
streets, they started their mission. Stopping every 100 miles to
refill the little tank, grab a snack, and release the soda from the last
stop. They shared laughs and feelings of cramped muscles. The
gang wisped through green mountains where cows grazed and wild flowers
grew. The fresh clean air brightened the flowers' vivid colors of
red, purple, and yellow.
